![]() On our arrival in WS Molina, the sales assistant knew nothing about us, and at first seemed totally disinterested. This gave them plenty of time to ensure the bras were awaiting us there. Do WS NOT understand her problem? SHE HAS BREAST CANCER! On Monday the 21st of November 2022, we warned WS that if we had not received the bras by Wednesday the 23rd of November, that, although disabled, we would have to go in person to their Molina de Segura shop. Lorraine has to go into hospital tomorrow, so needs the bras as a matter of great importance. We kept trying to talk with WS, to no avail. We immediately informed WOMEN'S SECRET via email and WhatsApp, and they said they would take up the matter. ![]() Nor do SEUR answer emails, or complaints. We went onto the SEUR website to attempt an alternative delivery, but the website would not accept changes. We received the expected NO DELIVERY email from SEUR on the 15th Of November 2022. There is a detour of no more than 2km, and many other delivery companies have no problem at all. We have had countless problems with SEUR, as due to some roadworks near us, SEUR refuse to deliver as "THE ADDRESS IS INACCESSIBLE". Our contract is/was with WOEN'S SECRET, and they employed SEUR to deliver. We purchased two such items from the WOMEN'S SECRET website and paid for delivery. We are disabled, and cannot easily travel. Lorraine was diagnosed with breast cancer, and was recommended by the hospital to buy some front fastening post operative support bras. This is very bad customer experience, I will not be ordering from their shop again. ![]() I think they are doing all of that that you as a customer just give up and then they keep money, but what surprises me is that how they do not understand how bad this is for their business long term. They were saying that all is good with my order, but they were actually not even aware of my order number. After exchanging cca 10 emails with them they asked me to send my order number. I asked them one simple question, how they know that, if the bag was alredy open when shipped to me and they never gave an answer to that, just repeating that is not used. They were just sending same generic replies to me, saying that the item has not alredy been used. Therefore, I wanted to return it and asked them to send me free shipping label. I ordered house slipers and the bag was alredy opened when arrived to me. WS don't deserve not even one star, it should be zero!!! Their customer service cannot be called customer service, as there is no any service to customers from them. These people scam you and steal your money. I want my order at latest next week or i will take further steps and file for a refund. Thusfar they have done nothing to help me get my order as i should cus i paid for it but they only stole my money. Also no decent tracking information had been sent out and all of a sudden i notice a message in French something like that my 'order hadn't been picked up by their shipping company and it's sent back to them, Women Secret that is." I've been trying to contact "Customer service' Who sent me back my own invoice, they didn't care to read my problem nor to fix it. However, the week had past, no order, no nothing. I got an email saying that it had been shipped and would be with me at least by the end of the week. Ordered two pyjama's here because they looked nice and i needed them for a trip, winter approaching etc. They sell and over again the same products with this scam of never reimbursing an unsatisfied client.įirst time ordering here and wish i never did. ![]() Their Instagram is full of comments from people who paid for an order that was never delivered and products being returned without reimbursement. It's a scam and they are making money by doing it to several people. I presented several formal complaints, I sent the issue to the fiscal entity, I send them several emails and until now, no money back. They are keeping my money for more than one month, hoping that I'll give up. They only reimburse the missing product and they refuse to reimburse the other products that I returned to the store. It has been more than one month and they refuse to reimburse my order. Well, I noticed and I complained to the store that took care of the reimbursement process and took the incompleted order back. After that, without any previous communication, they sent me the order incomplete hoping that I'll not notice. I order a set of bras with panties and I paid for the whole order. They sell online products they don't have.
